Being involved in your racehorse’s progress and development is an important aspect of owning a racehorse and owners are encouraged to visit their horses as often as possible. Stunning views, gleaming eyes, shining coats, thundering hooves, flowing manes and the wonderful spectacle of the thoroughbred’s sheer power and speed will greet you at Heather Main Racing.

Owner-breeder, a sole owner or part of a syndicate or racing partnership, you are always welcome at Kingston Common Farm. We are always happy to advise on all forms of racehorse ownership and can assist with everything from initial horse purchase to registering racing silks and setting up partnerships.

Owner reception at Kingston Common Farm

Kingston Common Farmhouse will be 300 years old in 2018 and the finishing touches to a painstaking restoration are being completed at the moment. Already completed is the period barn which now doubles as the office and the reception area for owners as well as a music room. The barn is built of stone, oak and glass and has wonderful acoustics. Heather’s Bluthner grand piano is a feature of the room which with its 5 oak pews can sit up to 50 people. Heather is a fully trained opera singer and as well as singing to the horses, hosts wonderful concerts for friends and owners. These evenings are a great opportunity for owners to meet each other, enjoy inspiring music and feel part of the family team.
